Our coffee is an exclusive blend of green coffees from three outstanding regions of Guatemala: New Oriente, Cobán and Huehuetenango. These beans grow at an altitude of around 1,500 meters and, thanks to their growing conditions, belong to the premium "Strictly Hard Bean" category. The volcanic soil, combined with the region's unique microclimate and the high standards of processing, gives our coffee its unmistakable quality and balanced taste - appreciated by connoisseurs all over the world.

This coffee is produced by small farmers from the Fedecocagua cooperative , which is one of the first cooperatives in the world to offer Fair Trade certified coffee. The cooperative actively supports its members in increasing the quality and productivity of their coffee so that they can achieve higher prices and improve their livelihoods. In addition to improving the economic situation of the farming families, Fedecocagua is also committed to education, medical care and better opportunities for women, especially in the farms that are mostly run by Mayan families.
