VIETNAMESE EGG COFFEE
4 egg yolks
4 teaspoons of sugar
3 teaspoons of honey
a pinch of salt
3 half cups of coffee
Place all of the above ingredients in a bowl or container and beat at medium to high speed (depending on the wattage of the machine) for about 5 minutes (until the egg mixture is almost white and soft).
Pour the egg cream into the other halves of the 3 cups and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top if you like. Can be served hot or cold (with crushed ice), but best served as soon as possible as the egg cream does not keep for long.

VIETNAMESE COCONUT COFFEE
50 ml coconut milk
50ml condensed milk
crushed ice
coconut chips
Prepare 1 cup of espresso.Place coconut milk, condensed milk and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
Pour the coconut milk mixture into a glass, then carefully pour the espresso over it.
Sprinkle dried coconut chips on top to improve texture and flavor.
For this recipe, our House Mix or Peru Cajamarca is best

MEXICO LIMELIGHT
100ml coffee (Aeropress or filter)
1 tbsp light agave syrup
50ml tequila1 lime wedge
Put 4-5 ice cubes in a glass. Brew 100ml of coffee and let it cool.
In a second glass, dissolve 1 tablespoon of light agave syrup in 50 ml of tequila. First pour the sweetened tequila, then the cold coffee over the ice cubes.Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and add it to the glass for decoration.
